I had been up to Bralorn a month ago, but had not been able to spend much time exploring the area, So now that I have the engine guards
I'm headed back
The trip really starts after you leave Pemberton, to head up the Lillooet river valley.
it's a great paved road, with many harleys , taking advantage of the flowing curves.
The farmers here were already harvesting their first crop.
From here I crossed the Lillooet River, and rode on the upper Lillooet FSR for a short way, till I could get on the road that would take me up, and over the Hurley pass.
At the top of the pass the road go's through this high alpine valley
Here is the back road into Bralorn
Great Pub!
Now on my way up to Kingdom Lake
Where I will be Camping for a few days
Just an amazing day
Setting up camp
All the necessities
I went down to check out the lake
and found this little guy
The next day, I was up early, and went exploring
I followed old mining roads,
and kept getting deeper into the mountains
An abandoned mine
Not something you want to see in your mirrors
Lot of bears around here
This road just ends
So, back out to find some more
This is really why I started riding
I was going to take my bike over this bridge, and see the "Dan Tucker Mine"
But...
Mmmm strawberries
A few shots of Bralorn
The next day, on the way home
(not feeling to well...Beer)
Pemberton Valley
Smoke break
